Issue Summary

If the Meeting Notes "Index" Page Blueprint is modified to include an image, when the Index page is automatically created in a Space, the attached Image appears broken

Steps to Reproduce

1. Edit the Meeting Notes Index Blueprint to include an Image Attachment
2. Create a New Blank Space
3. Create a New Page using the Meeting Notes Template
4. When the page is published, there should be 2 Pages in the Tree: "Date - Meeting notes", and "Meeting Notes" (the index)
5. Go to the "Meeting Notes" Index Page and see that the image is broken
   • If the User Edits the Meeting Notes Index, the image shows "Preview Unavailable"

Expected Results

Meeting Notes Index page shows all Image attachments

Actual Results

It does not appear that the Image is uploaded/copied to the Index Page when it's automatically created by Confluence

If the Attachments are viewed on the Index, sometimes there's no attachments shown or there is an attachment with the name "Invalid file id - UNKNOWN_MEDIA_ID"

Workaround

Manually upload the Attachment to the Index Page
