Issue Summary

When navigating to the Settings -> Import space menu, the page loads with error:

We’ll be back in a flash
We’ve encountered a small problem, but we should have it sorted out soon.

Steps to Reproduce

1. On a Sandbox instance, go to Settings -> Import space:

https://SITE_URL/wiki/admin/importspace/importconfluencespace.action

Expected Results

Page should load as expected.

Actual Results

The below exception is thrown instead:

We’ll be back in a flash
We’ve encountered a small problem, but we should have it sorted out soon.

Workaround

The error is caused by an invalid Jira Application Link created in the Sandbox Application Links page: /wiki/plugins/servlet/applinks/listApplicationLinks

To fix the issue, we need to remove the extra "system" Jira app link on the Sandbox vs the original site.

Please contact the Atlassian Support team (since it requires system-administrator internal role), so that they will follow below KB and will be able to fix the inconsistency.
