Issue Summary

The TOC macro offers the ability to exclude headings from the report. but when we exclude the heading and publish the page, changes are not reflecting on published page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1 Edit the page>edit TOC >exclude a heading or edit any other field
2. Step 2 click on publish

Expected Results

changes should reflect immediately on the published page.

Actual Results

changes are not reflected on the published page. we need to publish the page again.

Workaround

Publish the page again.

or once make the changes click on anywhere on the page and then publish the page.
