Issue Summary

When importing DOC or DOCX file with "+" (plus) symbol in the file name will result in a redirect to Page Not Found page

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a *.doc or *.docx file with + in file name or download one attached here 
   test+document.docx
2. Open a page in Confluence and click on *** > Advanced Details > Import Word Document
3. Choose the earlier created *.doc or *.docx file and click Next
4. Click Import

Expected Results

• Document imported as is or split by heading (depending on earlier choice)

Actual Results

• Document is imported and pages are created, but Confluence is redirected to Page Not Found like this:
  

Workaround

There are 2 workarounds:

• Import will happen regardless of Page Not Found redirect, so the page can be found in the left navigation bar.

• Removing special characters such as "+" from file names will prevent the wrong redirect
