Correct the alignment for numbered lists

Issue Summary

When you create a numbered list and the number of items is greater than nine, the number portion of the line is right aligned with the left margin so that the first character is out past the left margin. This makes subsequent text outside of the list look like it is misaligned.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a numbered list on current editor that is bigger than 9.
2. The alignment to the left will make it look like it's far for the left than it should be.

Expected Results

The alignment should respect the left margin.
