      Issue Summary

      This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to Confluence -> Help
      2. Contact Support button is not present whereas in Jira the same is available from the Help tab.

      Expected Results

      Contact Support button to be enabled/created on Confluence under the Help tab.

      Workaround

      1. Navigate directly to https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/  to contact support.
