Summary

The Expand macro has a Title parameter that you can set to change the text that appears next to the expand/collapse icon. It allows a user to change the default from Click here to expand...

However, it's not possible to include the text from this parameter in a search. Therefore, searching for that text does not yield the page in search results.

Suggestion

Include the Title from the Expand macro to show in Confluence search results.
