Background jobs are currently not transparent to the user in any way. So the customer's wish would be to be able to see if these jobs are running, the percentage, and, in any case, to be able to stop jobs in some way. Importing a space into Confluence, for example, caused a lot of trouble for a customer because it imported a lot of users they didn't want, and they couldn't stop the import after they realized this. As a result, they had to wait (and couldn't tell if the import was still running) and then manually remove 80+ users.
