There is a typo in the email that notifies watchers of changes in Confluence. At the bottom there is a link to "lanage notifications" rather than "manage notifications".
Issue can be reproduced by doing the actions below and receiving the mail notification at any Outlook Client:
Like the page;
Making a comment;
Like a comment;
