Inline comments in a given page don't appear after importing a space in the Cloud

Issue Summary

When migrating from Confluence server/DC to the Cloud you may find a few pages where unresolved inline comments don't show up on the page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page with one of these macros (Roadmap, Pagetree, Style, Spaces)
2. Create an inline comment on that page
3. Export that space
4. Import on a Cloud instance

Expected Results

All the inline comments appear on the page.

Actual Results

The inline comments don't appear in the UI, if you access the expand the comments via REST API, you still can see the comments.

You can check the inline comments using REST API to confirm they were properly migrated.

Workaround

You can convert the page to the new editor and the comments will re-appear. Removing the aforementioned macros before migrating or after also works.
