Issue Summary
Confluence pages with links containing "{}" will turn into "#" after being published
Steps to Reproduce
- Take a URL that contains "{}", for example:
http://www.xyz.com/{7B643FB915-845C-4A76-A071-677D62157FE07D}&action=default&DefaultItemOpen=1
- Create a page using the legacy editor and add the link
