Confluence pages in Trash do not count towards Storage

Steps to Reproduce

1. Check the Storage for the site from admin.atlassian.com
2. Create a few pages with at least a few MBs of attachment.
3. After some time check the Storage. It will have a higher value because of the pages created in step# 2.
4. Now delete (move to trash, but not purged from trash) created pages.
5. Check storage after a few hours and you will see storage values are back to a lower number.

Expected Results

Pages in the trash are still on the site, so the amount of memory on storage should not decrease.

Actual Results

Pages in the trash are still on the site, so the amount of memory on storage gets decreased.
