Issue Summary

Users without the comment permission should not be able to highlight text, open the inline comment window, type a comment and click save button, only to receive the error: You can't create comments in this space. A space admin can modify your permissions.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Verify the user does not have the comment permission
2. Login as that user
3. Highlight some text and click Comment
4. Type up the comment you wish to add
5. Click Save

Expected Results

If you don't have the comment permission the comment option should be disabled.

Actual Results

Without the comment permission you are able to draft a comment, but once you click Save you are presented with an error that you cannot create comments in this space.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
