Not able to access Space settings or Create a new page when a theme is installed

Issue Summary

Users are unable to access the space settings or create a new page if they are on the space overview page and they have a theme enabled. Clicking "Space Settings" or the "Create" button on the top seems to just reload the overview page.

I tested this with different apps from the marketplace that offer themes so it doesn't seem to be a specific issue within a single app. It seems to only happen when a theme is enabled under "Look and feel"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install any 3rd party app to enable a custom theme on a space
2. enable the theme under space settings - Look and feel - Theme
3. Go to the overview page
4. Click on space settings or Create button on top 

Expected Results

Users should be able to navigate to space settings without any issues

Actual Results

Clicking "Space Settings" or the "Create" button on the top seems to just reload the overview page.

Workaround

Firstly, Navigate to a different page than the overview page and then click the "Space Settings" then the space settings seem to open.

Open the link to space settings directly /wiki/spaces/spacekey/setthings/home
