Index files should not have the same name as the corresponding blueprint templates

Issue Summary

Index files should not have the same name as the corresponding blueprint templates

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to 'Global Templates and Blueprints' in Confluence Settings.
2.  You can see that there are two entries for some templates. One refers to an index file and the other is the actual template. However, they have the same name.
3. The same observation is noted for the Blueprint templates available under Space settings.

Expected Results

The Blueprint template and index file should have unique names or should be removed.

Actual Results

Some of the Blueprint templates have the same name for index files and actual templates. Examples include

• Product Requirements Blueprint
•  Service team health monitor

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
