Unable to rename the space name due to the license confirmation

Issue Summary

Unable to rename the space name 

Steps to Reproduce

go to any space -> Space settings -> Manage space -> space details -> edit space details and I try to change space name

Expected Results

Space name should be renamed

Actual Results

Message:

This Confluence installation is not licensed for additional users

You have exceeded the maximum number of users for your license. You will still be able to view content, but in order to create or edit content, you must reduce the number of active users in the installation.

There are two ways to reduce the number of active users:

• Disable users
• Delete users

To disable or delete a user, visit the Users page then search for their name. After following the appropriate link you can choose the 'Remove' or 'Disable' option.

Workaround

Check for the number of Managed users to the Users who have the product access from User management. Check if the manage users count is more than the billing user count. If yes, please review the users from managed account and make sure it is less than the billing user count. This issue is seen for annual licenses.
