Issue Summary

Word import Splitting pages according to Headings should be available when importing on a new page 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new page
2. Import word document
3. Do not get the option to split the page word document as opposed to importing word from an existing page
4. Entire word documents get imported on the single new page

Expected Results

Word import should give the option to split pages while importing from a new page 

Actual Results

Word import on a new page, imports all the content on the word document on the single new page 

Workaround

Use word import option from a existing page rather than from a new page
