Numbered list option for the Children Display macro

      Summary

      By default, the list of child pages displayed in the Children Display macro will come as bullet points for the full list of pages.

      Suggestion

      To have more options to allow how the children pages are displayed, this is a feature request to also allow the macro to use a numbered list as well.
