Summary

By default, it is not possible to perform a site export in a method that would allow the attachments to be exported separately.

For larger instances, exporting a full site can bring additional tasks or issues that would bring more effort in order to have all the content.

Suggestion

This is a suggestion to allow attachments to be exported separately from the backup. This way, the instance could be exported and imported. Later, the attachments could be imported as all the content would be already available.
