Issue Summary

When the text linked to a highlighted comment is deleted. The option to reopen that comment no longer appears

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page.
2. Add some text.
3. Highlight the text and add an inline comment.
4. Open the comment and resolve it.
5. Delete the highlighted text.
6. Click on the elipsis ( . . . ) >> Resolved Comments
7. Click on the resolved comment and attempt to reopen it

Expected Results

The comment and maybe text should be restored

Actual Results

The reopen option is missing

Workaround

Currently, you have to revert the page to a previous version that has the text.
