      Ability to allow site-admin to Navigate and Export any page with Admin-Key permissions

      Summary

      There should be cases where a site-admin would like to Manage a page like Export, MOVE/COPY and Edit. Today when accessing a Page using Admin-Key feature, site admin is only able to manage page permissions (restricted page).

      In addition, Page-tree on the left pane is not visible due to restrictions.

      Suggestions

      • Implement the ability that site-admin would be able to manage a Restricted Page and perform actions like the ones described above.
      • Perhaps allow site-admin using Admin-Key to browse Space Page Tree without any restrictions.
