Issue Summary

There is no space between edited by and username as seen in the screenshot.

Steps to Reproduce

Enable "Subscribe to daily updates" in the User -> Email settings.

Expected Results

There has to be a space between edited by and username.

Actual Results

There is no space between edited by and username

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
