Issue Summary

Excerpt macro used with excerpt include macro include a lot of whitespace at the end

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page with and add Excerpt macro
2. Inside the excerpt, macro add Excerpt include macro
3. publish the page
4. we will see a scroll bar for the excerpt macro and at the end of the macro we will find lot of whitespaces 

Expected Results

Should not see those white spaces at the end of the macro

Actual Results

We see a lot of white space at the end of the macro

Workaround

Use the Excerpt include macro outside of Excerpt macro.
