Issue Summary

Many customers would benefit from having the ability to hide their Confluence Cloud site URL from 3rd party analytic software. Let's consider the below example:

The customer has links on a Confluence Page to a competitor site. When users click on these links within Confluence. The competitors analytic software will log the Confluence Site URL that was used to navigate to the competitors URL.

Hence the reason why it would be nice to have a way to mask this information.
