Include page macro removes the full-width format of the page if it contains layouts

      Issue Summary

      While editing a page, we can make it be displayed in full-width format.

      We can use the Include Page macro to display a whole page on another one. However, if the page that is being displayed has layouts on it, the content outside the layouts will lose the full-width format when inside the Include Page macro.

      Orginal page:

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a page A.
      2. Select the full-width format.
      3. Add layouts and content outside the layouts.
      4. Create a page B.
      5. Add the Include Page macro to it.
      6. Add page A to the macro.

      Expected Results

      The content outside the layouts should keep the full-width format.

      Actual Results

      The content outside the layouts loses the full-width format

      Workaround

      Users can remove the layouts from the original page.
