Issue Summary

For some specific pages, when having multiple versions of a content property, calling the wiki/rest/api/content/<id>/property/<key> endpoint will return the correct (latest) version of that property.

However, when calling the wiki/rest/api/content/<id>?expand=metadata.properties.<content-prop-key> endpoint it'll always return the version 1.

Steps to Reproduce

1. To this point we don't have any sets of steps that would cause specific pages to show that behavior.

Expected Results

Both endpoints would return the same version

Actual Results

the metadata.properties.<content-prop-key> expansion is returning the wrong value

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
