Unable to enter Japanese properly when publishing the meeting notes in Microsoft Teams App

Issue Summary

We can't enter Japanese text properly when publishing the meeting notes in Microsoft Teams App. Japanese customer can't search the appropriate space neme due to this bug (please see the attached video).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch the Teams app and start the meeting
2. Take the note with Confluence feature
3. Click the Publish button
4. Switch to Japanese IME and type "tesuto" in text box

Expected Results

"てすと" will be shown

Actual Results

"tえsうtお" will be shown

Workaround

Copy the string "てすと" in advance and paste it into the text box
