When clicking on the task link, e.g. in the personal task list or in the macro task list, the link should take the user to the page where the task is displayed (this works) and the window should scroll to the location of the task so that it is directly in the user's focus. 

The link looks like it is intended to do that. "........?focusedTaskId=42" 
But it doesn't work. 

This would provide a significant productivity gain for users and further improve working with Confluence tasks. 
As far as I can remember this probably worked in the server version at some point. 
Please implement this (again) into cloud. 
It would be a highlight for me and a real productivity gain!  

By the way, Chrome or Edge has a feature to copy a link to highlighted text. 
The link takes the user not only to the top of the page but scrolls to the highlighted text so you don't have to search for the right place on the page.
