    Description

      Issue Summary

When we have an Expand macro that contains a Variable macro within the expand box, the variable cannot be filled while creating a new page. When clicked on expand, it directly creates a page.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a new template or edit an existing one.
      2. Add an Expand macro.
      3. Inside the expand box, add the variable macro.
Add Expand macro with some random text.
      4. Save the template.
      5. Try to create a new page using the template.
      6. When you select the template and click on expand, it auto-creates the page without letting us fill in the variable field.

This happens for both Global Templates and Space Templates.

      Expected Results

When clicked on expand, it should expand and allow us to fill the variable field.

      Actual Results

When clicked on expand, it auto-creates a page with empty data in the variable field.

      Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
