It took around 2.5 hours for the fix to be just deployed to all prod shards. Hot-fix should be able to deploy faster than this.
During the PIR meeting, SRE mentioned there is a way to speed this up. 

There are 2 suggestions:
1. The runbooks can be updated with the way of bypassing certain things which can enable it to finish faster.

2. Check if anamoly detectors are really needed and if they are actually testing anything. If not, removing them might help to speed up.
