Adding In-Line Comments while Page is in Draft counts as a page change

      Adding In-Line Comments while Page is in Draft counts as a page change.

      After Publish the Page, go to Page History and there will be a new Page version created, however if you compare the current and the last version, a Blank Page is showed.

      It was expected to show at least the changes related to the comments add/resolved.
