Issue Summary

When users browse to Confluence using Safari, users receive this "We've hit a snag [...] The code associated with this error: <ERROR CODE>" message

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Safari
2. Try to access any Confluence Cloud page

Expected Results

The user should be able to access and view the Confluence page successfully.

Actual Results

The user receives an error message:

We've hit a snagThe issue should resolve on its own, but if it keeps happening, ask your admin to contact our support team and give them:
The URL of this page
The code associated with this error: <ERROR CODE> 

• The error code can be:
  • r6r9ki
  • 7qp240
  • rg9jvm

Workaround

It seems to be happening only on Safari versions previous than 15 (the latest stable version).
Using Chrome and Firefox seems to be working fine.
Updating Safari to 15.0 also seems to resolve the issue.
