Image preview is not shown when linking from another page

Issue Summary

Links to images and image comments are not working.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page using the new editor.
2. Upload images to this page.
3. Add attachment macro to this page and publish it(this is a workaround due to another bug CONFCLOUD-73067).
4. While on the published mode, open the image from the attachment macro by clicking on "view" and pin down some comments on the image.
5. Place the Gallery macro on this page and publish it.
6. Preview one of the images(gallary macro) by clicking on it and copy the preview URL/link from the browser's address bar.
7. Create another page, add some words. Highlight a word and paste the link from the clipboard. This should add the preview link of the image.
8. Similarly, get the link for one of the pinned image comments by clicking the pin(preview mode) and copying the URL from the address bar on the gallery macro page. Hyperlink a word on the second page.

Expected Results

After clicking the hyperlinked word on the second page, it should redirect to the gallery macro page showing the image in preview mode or the pinned comment(preview mode) depending on which hyperlink was clicked.

Actual Results

After clicking the hyperlinked word on the second page, it just redirects to the gallery macro page(does not show the image in preview mode).

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
