Generating a site backup should be faster

Jira and Confluence backups take forever to generate and then downloading is another challenge.

For example - 300GB jira site can take approximately 18 hours to generate a 100GB zip.
There is no indication on how long this would take for the user and customers have to rely on constantly checking the UI to know when it is ready.
