Problem

Today, you can only share attachments for external users through Public Links if you share the entire page with the user (e. g. giving the link to the page and then displaying the with the /files macro).

In this way, when a user see a page in public link, they can't go in the 'Attachments' section to that page.

Alternative/Suggestion

Have the ability to see the Attachments sections in pages shared with Public Links.

OR

Have the possibility to create a separate link just to share an attachments to external (3rd party) users.
