Issue Summary

When unzipping a file downloaded from "download all", the updated date and time of the file is displayed in UTC.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set the system timezone to JST (UTC + 9 hours)
2. Go to the Confluence page with attachments
3. Click ... > Attachments
4. Click ↓Download All
5. Unzip the downloaded file
6. Check the updated date of the file

Expected Results

The updated dates and times of both Zip file and unzipped file are displayed in JST

Actual Results

The updated date and time of Zip file is displayed in JST, but the one of unzipped file is displayed in UTC

Workaround

Download each file without using "Download All".
