      Issue Summary

When following the steps listed in our Subscribe to Team Calendars from Microsoft Outlook article to integrate using calDav, the calendar will be initially identified as read-only by the calDav Synchronizer.

Even though it says the calendar doesn't allow deletion of calendars, we can delete events after the integration is complete.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Simply follow the steps listed in our Subscribe to Team Calendars from Microsoft Outlook documentation, under Subscribing with two-way sync (CalDAV)

      Expected Results

The calendar should be recognized as writeable

      Actual Results

The calendar is initially recognized as read-only, displaying a message saying:

      Connection test successfull BUT:
      - The specified calendar doesn't allow deletion of appointments!

      Workaround

Even though that message is shown, we can delete appointments without any problems.
