Tooltip for macros on page not getting translated as per the users language setting

Issue Summary

Tooltip for macros on a page not getting translated as per the individual users language setting on account level.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set your account to (for example) "Deutsch" in the language settings under account settings.
2. Open Confluence Cloud and edit a page.
3. Insert a macro, for example: table with two rows and a header.
4. Save page.
5. Hover mouse pointer over the sorting/header of the table -> tool tip is shown in english language.

Expected Results

The language for the tool tip should also reflect as per the user's language settings.

Actual Results

The tooltip still shows suggestions in English

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
