Allow users with view only permissions to check off tasks that they are assigned

Sometimes teams have a space or page(s) which are view only to extended team members.

These teams sometimes need to assign tasks to these view only users, however they are unable to mark their task as complete.

It would be convenient to allow view only users to check off tasks which they are assigned.

Example of a real use case:

Every team/group has it's own space. Each space is open for edit for the team, and for view for all the employees.
Most of the meeting minutes are cross-team. So a team member that called the meeting is writing a meeting summary in his space, and assigns tasks to other people form other teams. Those people have only view permission of the space, but they were allocated a task. they cannot mark this task as complete.
