Disable Like button on confluence is not working

Steps to Reproduce

1. Disable "Like" feature from Further configuration > Edit> uncheck Likes
2. Open any page in confluence
3. The like button is disabled
4. Refresh the page

Expected Results

The like button should not visible on the screen

Actual Results

On page refresh, a non clickable like button appears on the screen

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
