Space Links in Space Tiles Container lack alt attribute on images

Issue Summary

Icons in space links lack alt text, resulting in filenames being announced to screen readers.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Using Safari and VoiceOver to navigate the dashboard 

Expected Results

Link is announced properly

Given these are decorative images. `alt=""` is an appropriate fix.

Actual Results

Filename is announced as part of the link announcement

The below exception is thrown in the xxxxxxx.log file:

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
