Recent Pages Items 'edit' button has invisible focus state

Issue Summary

The edit button in the Recent Pages Item component has no focus state, only a hover state

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use the keyboard to focus on the edit button inside the post link

Expected Results

A focus state is visible (there is a tooltip which appears, but it is disorienting)

Actual Results

The below exception is thrown in the xxxxxxx.log file:

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
