Replying to an inline comment notification via email does not result in email reply being added as a comment in the inline comment thread

Steps to Reproduce

1. Setup confluence such that you receive an inline comment notification email
2. Reply to the email in an attempt to add a comment to the inline-comment thread

Expected Results

The "new" contents of the email reply are added

Actual Results

You receive an email bounce notification
