Issue Summary

The new Confluence editor has a regressions from the legacy editor in that it does not allow dynamic and static content macros marked as hidden to be edited.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install a dynamic content macro that is marked as hidden and has at least one parameter. For example: https://dx-hidden-dynamic-content-macro.glitch.me/connect.json
2. Create/edit a page and insert the macro.
3. Observe if the macro parameters can be edited (e.g. is the macro's pencil icon available).

Expected Results

At step 3, the macro can be edited.

Actual Results

At step 3, the macro can be NOT edited.
