Users should be able to view Project pages when "View all" permission is on in connected space

Issue Summary

When there is a connect space and the space has pages, if the user has permission to view all, but no permission to add pages, the correct screen should be Project pages with disabled template sidebar. But right now we are showing “Space not found“ screen with a disabled template sidebar.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable Jira pages and connect to a space
2. Give user View All permission only on the space
3. Navigate to the Jira pages section.

Expected Results

Users should be able to see confluence pages.

User seeing following error:

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
