Issue Summary

• Batched emails received after 5 hours

Steps to Reproduce

1. make sure you are watching a target page
2. Make any changes on this page through another account

Expected Results

• user should receive email notification immediately after the actual event 

Actual Results

• Email notification on this page edit arrives to the watcher with big delay (after 4.5 hours or more)
• Email are being delivered even with 5 days of delay 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
