Issue Summary

On a page using the legacy editor, if it has sections (layouts) and we insert a page properties report macro, the fields or settings inside of the macro will be hidden, being rendered behind the modal element.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page using the legacy editor
2. Insert a layout section
3. Add a Page properties report macro
4. Edit the macro and try to fill the settings

Expected Results

Every field should be correctly rendered

Actual Results

The fields are rendered behind the macro's modal/ popup UI

Workaround

Convert the page to the new editor.
If the issue persists in the new editor, clearing the browser's cache will fix it.
