Summary

By default, Confluence has a sidebar configuration that allows users to hide specific options and manage space shortcuts for a better organization.

Suggestion

To allow spaces to be unique and have their own set changes, this is a suggestion to provide administrators with options like the following:

• Hide additional options besides the default ones that are available. For example, Bulk Archive, Archived pages, Space shortcuts.
• Change the order of the items. For example, re-arrange the apps, pages, space shortcuts, archive options.
• Add custom icons to any options like Space Shortcuts, Pages, and the already available ones.
