Issue Summary

video links attached as an embed with link macro do not load for anonymous users.

Steps to Reproduce

1. create the page, paste a youtube video link
2. edit the link to display as Embed
3. 
4. publish the page, allow anonymous access to the space
5. access the page without signing in
6. the videos fail's to load

Expected Results

embedded videos should load for anonymous users 

Actual Results

Embedded videos do not load for anonymous users

Workaround

use the WIDGET macro to embed videos, and the video will load for anonymous users.
