Issue Summary

With the new page card feature, we are able to see the page details to make sure we are on the right page.
However, when we hover on a page, it hides the scrollbar for the left navigation sidebar, which can be annoying or difficult for the navigation.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create at least 15 - 20+ pages on a space
2. Having the scrollbar appear on a page tree, hover the mouse on a page
3. Try to use the scrollbar

Expected Results

You should be able to see the scrollbar while hovering pages

Actual Results

The scrollbar is hidden behind the page card information

Workaround

It is possible to disable the page card hover on Confluence, by going to the Profile > Settings, editing it to uncheck the Page card hover checkbox.
